Fours years ago Siri and Malik were in love or so Siri thought. Then Malik had to return to his homeland following an urgent message. But a few days later Siri discovered that he had married another woman. Present day and Malik has returned to Siri with the intention of rekindling their relationship as he's divorced his wife, but Siri has a surprise for him, after he abandoned her she discovered she was pregnant the result is twin boys who are now three years old. This story was too short to do this justice everything was rushed. Within seconds of Malik's return she's back in his arms, oh she thinks that it won't happen again but within hours she's having sex with him. Not once does she challenge him about the past. In fact that's not addressed until almost the end of this story and only briefly, so briefly it's less than half a page. I expected a bit more resistance from Siri after what Malik had done. Overall I was dissapointed in this.

A sweet read.Siri and Malik fell in love 5 years ago but one time when Malik goes back home he does not come back. Finding a picture of him with his new bride in the paper shatters Siri's heart and she never opens his letters.....because really what could he say to make it right??Now divorced Malik has come looking for his only love Siri only to be surprised by adorable sweet twin boys. Winning back her trust and love will be a uphill battle but he will not give up. I loved Malik's determination to prove himself to Siri and his sons. He takes joy in being reunited with his love but still finds time for being a family......plus he is sexy and sweet. Siri is a strong lady that found time to built up a business from scratch that allows her to be with her boys. She proves she is smart and caring....and willing to let Malik be in their lives.A sweet passionate read. Well written with charming characters but the twins do steal the show!

Malik and Siri. They had an affair when she was quite young. He would visit her in London and then disappear and come back again. Til one day he didn't come back and there he was in the paper standing next to his new wife. Years pass, Malik is divorced and searches her out with an explanation/excuses. What can he say that would lead to forgiveness? Plus he doesn't know about the twins, and not for lack of trying on her part. It's not one of those stories where she hides it on purpose. It's a lot to forgive. But surprisingly, he does manage to redeem himself. Circumstances out of his control and all that. (view spoiler)[ I think I would have liked it better if she had at least been dating other people in the time apart. You know, even the playing field. But it helps that his ex-wife was a lesbian.(hide spoiler)] I enjoyed it. This author has become a go to when I need a short read with some delicious grovelling.... not sure what that says about me ; )

Secret baby trope and the three year olds were the highlight of the book,so very mischevious!Siri and Malik were a great couple.

If you enjoy books about mischievous kids, and a couple that is crazy for one another, then I think you will enjoy this book as much as I did. Sam and Jacob pulled me right into this story. Sam and Jacob are 3 year old twin boys with boundless energy, and questions. Siri is a very good mother, which works hard to keep up with her boys, and her own business. Malik is the only man that Sari has ever loved. He walked away from her 4 years, not knowing that Sari was pregnant at the time. Sari was shocked to find out he is a prince. Malik is more shocked to find out he is a father 4 years later to twin boys. When they see each other again, the passion still burns as hot as it once did. I loved this story! It made me laugh so hard at times.Sample from chapter 5 – So? She said, just to break the silence. “Are you guys okay with us sharing our lives with your dad?” He’s come an awfully long ways just to meet you.” Sam was the first to speak. “Momma says we can’t go around nakes.” He turned to Malik as if seeking his confirmation. “But you were naked last night. Dows that mean you’ll let me go naked too?” Of all the things she’d thought they might say when they first met their father, siri could honestly say that question was the absolute last thing she would have guessed that he would ask. Her mouth fell open and she stared, and she started wondering what the best way to answer her son was under this situation. Malik, bless his heart. Spoke up and gave the answer that made her heart melt just a little bit towards him. :If your moma says that we can’t go around naked, then we can’t do it.

The book was good and fast. Siri and Malik met on an horrible date (not theirs she was with another). They started seeing each other but she really knew nothing about him. He left to see his father and a few days later she reads her was married and that he was a sheik. Almost four years later, he is divorced and is looking her up but find her to be a mother of twin boys that are his. He realizes he has heirs and is more determined to win her over. Love blooms again for this couple but is it enough when he is needed back in his country to marry again.

love stories where theres kids involved. the hero and heroine i loved because they were destined to be true loves. the kids however were a bit unreal. they were very mature... what child can get ready on there own at tht age without supervision. when sam told Siri that the man was bringing breakfast and she was firstly stunned they could read and taught themself at 3 it was hilarious as well as the frogs jumping out of the fridge scene

I bought this book because I liked the cover and the name. Then I looked and seen who the author was and I knew that I had to read this book.Malik and Siri is a great couple. Both know that they have made some mistakes but they are forgiving people and try to do the best that they can.

Short but a good feel read. I was a bit surprised how quickly the heroine just gave in though. I want to see a heroine have more backbone.

This story was quite nice but definitely not one of my favourites.Malik who had to leave Siri, his great love, because of a buissness marriage arranged by his father, now wants to winn her back. Siri fell in love with Malik without knowing who he really was. After she finds out that he is married within days of their last love making her heart breaks into little peaces and she doesn't want to have anything to do with him anymore. The only thing that's left of him are her little twin boys. This book was quite good but I missed something. I think that it was too easy for Malik to win Siri over, after that houge betrayal without giving a valid explanation. She wantet to resist but the first chance Malik gets to touch her everything is irrelevant and she forgets everything. She isn't even angry at him.I hoped that she would at least make a bit of a fuss and jell at him. The story was monotonous and not very exciting. I also missed the peak of the story.

went back and forth on this one - then decided to purchase - big mistake - the reviews i read didn't mention the thing that made this intolerable to me - an h that loses her mind with lust when the H is within reach - seriously he takes off for a weekend and marries someone else, leaving her preggers with twins, then he shows up 4 years later and with one kiss she flops into bed with him - ARGH!after that i skimmed a bit then gave up and returned the book :-(

Recommended A fun story. Yes, there is the usual strife that pops up in life every once and awhile. Then there are the miracles that children bring everyday. The way they reason things out, and act on their ideas & little acts of love. I am left with a feeling of joy.

Ms. Lennox is a really talented writer. Even though her books are short, she has the ability to pull you right in, eager to find out what happens next. This book is no exception. Sam and Jacob, her 3-year-old twin sons, are adorable and funny. For example: I love when Siri (the heroine) asks Sam if he has underwear on and he has to pull out his pants to see if he does. She then asks herself, "How could he not know? It seemed to her like underwear was an essential piece of clothing and the absence of that piece would be bothersome and uncomfortable." That scene just cracked me up. It's short, funny, and so typical of boys that age.I gave this book 4 stars for the following reasons: I'm not too happy with Malik - he gets married without forewarning Siri (she has to read about it in the papers. For someone who loves her, why would he do something as insensitive as that? He could've at least called her to give her a heads up) AND he gets mad at her when he thinks she has been with another man (What? He married another woman and according to him, he and his wife made a "half-hearted effort to make the relationship work", i.e. they had sex or at least tried to). What was she supposed to do - remain celibate and single for the rest of her life, hoping he will someday come back? I doubt he was celibate during his 4 years of marriage!AND.....Siri, on the other hand, seemed like a strong, independent woman, but when he accuses her of sleeping with another man, rather than turning the tables on him and calling him on the carpet for marrying someone else, she ends up telling him Sam and Jacob are his sons and then spends all night talking to him about them. She acts like she is the one who needs to apologize for the past 4 years, not him. I was a little disappointed in her character for being such a spineless wimp at times.Overall - love the book and look forward to re-reading it many times more. Happy Reading!

For the LOVE of this bookI loved this book so much! The beginning was cute then sad when Malik got up & left Siri w/o explanation whatsoever, then finding out the next day that he'd gotten married after what they had shared. Her heart was shattered.Nine months later twin boys & her working her butt off trying to start up her own business to support the three of them. A true mother. She'd sent letters to Malik to tell him about his son's & they were returned unopened. I really thought Malik was going to be an ass when he'd discovered the boy's were his & wanted to take them back to his homeland so they could be taught how to be prince's.Siri had to remind him they were only 3 yrs old.I didn't think there was going to be a happy ending to this book but I was glad there was.

Its Quick... great to pass the time, read it at lunch when eating alone. All her books kinda feel the same almost but is fun to read because are short and quick.I loved the twin...they were hellion and i love a rebel (Im scorpio, can you blame me?)I liked the couple even though i think she could've made him work more to gain her back...And i think it should have another men in the history, someone that liked her or a close friend so the sheik could feel a little insecure (A men can never be to secure about a woman feelings and heart, my mom told me that)so... 3 Stars it is.Im about to read another one right now because its lunch time at the office LOL

I enjoyed this book so much and I know it sounds so picky but the last sentence in the book let it down so much I can't not comment on it. Here is a man who after years of suffering an arranged marriage whilst being in love with another woman, finally has divorced his first wife and found his true love. After she tells him that she loves him he doesn't need to give her jewellery he has "given her treasures beyond measure" he says to her that "you've given me a great deal as well" well what do you think wishy washy or what? After loving the story so much and getting so involved in it for it to end like this is the only reason I never gave it 5 stars.

At points, in the begining, I wanted to smack the crap out of Malik but then he started to not be a douche... but I have yet to finish the book as I start writing this review. How can a man be a douche one second and then a Prince (or King?) the next? When he is his charming self you can't help but smile and wish you were in the book and when he is a douche you wish you could give him a boot....

Great readSiri and Malik light the pages up with their passion, and their family is beautiful to behold. Circumstances and betrayal split up the two the first time around, but love and parenthood lead them to their HEA the second time around.
